St. Bernard Condos Terms & Conditions:
We ask that you read and understand our cancellation and deposit policies before you confirm your reservation. We are a destination resort and to make sure our guests are properly accommodated, we take reservations as early as June for our returning guests. In case of changes to your travel plans we suggest you purchase travel insurance.
DEPOSITS – We require a deposit of $2,500 per condo per week. Deposits are due within 10 days of the reservation request - by check only. Final payment is due upon arrival. We prefer personal checks, cash or traveler's checks. Checks must be drawn on U. S. banks only. Final payment on travel agent bookings is due 30 days prior to arrival by agency checks only.
GRATUITY – A gratuity of $160 per person on the weekly Dinner Package or $100 per person for the Condo-only weekly package will be added to your bill. Nightly stays will be pro-rated from the weekly rate. This covers the entire condo staff (and hotel staff if you are on the weekly dinner package).
* We require written cancellation notice, post-marked 45 days in advance of the confirmed reservation date, for a refund of the deposit less 10% handling charge.
* On cancellations received less than 45 days in advance, deposits are non-refundable - regardless of the circumstances.
* In case of late arrival or early departure, deposits will be applied to any unused portion of the confirmed reservations. Deposits will apply only to the current season and cannot be carried over to another season. Guests are responsible for full payment of their entire reserved stay. Refunds or adjustments on ski week tickets must be handled by the Taos Ski Valley ticket office.
* There is no refund for missed meals when participating in weekly breakfast, lunch or dinner packages. Nightly dinner reservations require a credit card deposit. No-show dinner reservations will be charged when not cancelled in accordance with our policy.
SAFETY - For the health and comfort of all guests, we ask that you please not smoke in our units. No pets, please. The condominiums are individually owned and each owner asks that you treat our units as if they were your own.
