Ski Week Deposits & Payment
We ask for a deposit of $1500 per person for rooms with 2 or more people, or $2000 per single room to confirm reservations, due within 10 days of request. Final payment is due upon arrival. We accept ONLY checks (drawn on U.S. accounts), traveler's checks, money orders (drafts in U.S. funds) or cash. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FOR HOTEL DEPOSITS OR PAYMENTS. WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE READ/UNDERSTAND OUR SKI WEEK CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE YOU CONFIRM RESERVATIONS. GUESTS ARE URGED TO INSURE AGAINST THE LOSS OF THEIR DEPOSIT DUE TO CANCELLATION.
Ski Week Cancellation Policy
As a small family owned/operated ski lodge in a destination resort, cancellations are particularly difficult for us. Thank you for understanding that this deposit is refundable, less a 10% handling fee, up to 45 days prior to arrival with written notice of cancellation. In cases where notice of cancellation is received after 45 days prior to arrival date, deposit is forfeited. We accept personal checks (drawn on US accounts), cash, traveler’s checks or money orders. We do NOT accept credit cards for deposit or payment of your hotel stay.
Short Stay Deposits & Payment
Deposit required for short stays is PAYMENT IN FULL, due within 10 days of request. We accept ONLY checks (drawn on U.S. accounts), traveler's checks, money orders (drafts in U.S. funds) or cash.
